Over a transformative 10-month period, I had the privilege of leading a dynamic project as a consultant for the University of Mississippi’s Communication & Marketing Department. At the helm of this endeavor, I orchestrated a strategic rebranding initiative that reshaped the university’s visual identity and communication strategy.
Central to this project was the recruitment and training of three talented new team members, ensuring that our efforts were supported by a skilled and dedicated workforce. Together, we embarked on a journey to revolutionize the university’s video production and content creation processes, setting new standards of excellence in line with our vision for the national rebrand.
Our approach was marked by innovation and creativity, as we introduced cutting-edge procedures and integrated fresh brand standards to infuse our work with a vibrant new visual voice. Through meticulous planning and execution, we launched dynamic content channels that captivated audiences and showcased the university’s distinct personality and values.
By identifying strategic opportunities to align our efforts with the university’s goals, we played a pivotal role in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing student enrollment, staff recruitment, and retention. Our comprehensive marketing campaigns, spanning across print, video, and digital platforms, proved instrumental in achieving a notable increase in enrollment and reinforcing the university’s position as a leader in higher education.
A crowning achievement of our collaboration was the creation of the university’s acclaimed 2019-2020 national admissions videos. From concept to production, I had the honor of authoring and producing these compelling videos, which served as powerful tools for attracting prospective students and conveying the university’s unique offerings and culture.
