This project was made to air on PBS El Paso, Tuff Hedeman is a Legend in bull riding, who was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Richard Neale “Tuff” Hedeman – (born March 2, 1963, in El Paso, Texas) is an American retired three-time Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) World Bull Riding Champion as well as the 1995 Professional Bull Riders (PBR).
Tuff has a Self titled invitational bullriding tour.
