Through strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, I spearheaded in-house sales and marketing efforts, driving business development, media sales, and community development initiatives. By surpassing community impact goals and fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders, we paved the way for transformative partnerships and enduring educational fundraising initiatives.
At the heart of our strategy was the cultivation of dynamic multimedia content, including compelling video productions meticulously crafted to resonate with our audience and surpass objectives. These multimedia strategies served as catalysts for engagement and empowerment, amplifying the reach and relevance of PBS El Paso in the community.
Central to our mission was the cultivation of strategic partnerships with local businesses and national foundations, enabling us to launch groundbreaking programs such as the beloved Mr. Rogers – Daniel Tiger Kids Programming and The Telling Project, which provided a platform for veterans to share their stories. Additionally, our distinctive “Only in El Paso” Series celebrated the unique spirit and culture of our community, reinforcing PBS El Paso’s commitment to showcasing diverse voices and experiences.
As the driving force behind the research and execution of the rebrand to PBS El Paso, I ensured that our visual identity and messaging aligned seamlessly with our mission and values. Through meticulous planning and execution, we successfully repositioned PBS El Paso as a leading voice in education, entertainment, and community engagement, poised to inspire and empower audiences for years to come.
